If your business or not-for-profit organization hosts visual or performing arts events, you can post an unlimited number of events in the ArtsEngine™ and
post free additional listings in our Member & Sponsor Directory and Entertainment & Hospitality Guides.
Your events and listings will include your logo or photo, address, phone number, descriptions, a link to your website
and automatically include links to Bing, Google and Yahoo maps to your location(s).
If your business does not host events, you can still benefit from listing in our Member & Sponsor Directory or Entertainment & Hospitality Guides.

Hosting Member - Free
A Hosting Member is a not-for-profit organization which hosts visual arts, performing arts or other cultural events at its own venue.

Affiliate Member - Free
An Affiliate Member is any not-for-profit group, orchestra, band, theater, opera or dance company, etc. with no venue of its own. Sorry, we cannot accommodate individual artists at this time.

Hosting Sponsor - $400 per Year
A Hosting Sponsor is a business or not-for-profit organization which hosts visual arts, performing arts or other cultural events.

A Hospitality Sponsor is a business or not-for-profit organization which does not host events but is engaged in the arts, entertainment or tourism-related industries.

Affiliate Sponsor - $100 per year
An Affiliate Sponsor is any community-minded business which does not qualify as a Hosting or Hospitality Sponsor.

Arts Angel Banner - $1000 per Year
Be an Arts Angel!
Any organization or business may be an Arts Angel. Only one Arts Angel is allowed per county and available on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

As an Arts Angel you receive: • A 728 X 90 pixel banner ad at the top of the search results and sponsor directory pages for each county that you select. • All of the benefits of your membership or sponsorship.
Discounts
The following discounts may be applied to your sponsorship fee, including Arts Angel Banners.
• A 10% discount is first applied to your sponsorship fees if you list more than one location or list in more than one county. • An additional 20% discount is applied to that total if you pay annually.
Important and Useful Information
Sponsorship Fees, Locations and Counties
Sponsorship fees are based on the number of locations
that you wish to list or the number of counties that you wish to be listed in, whichever is greater.
Sponsorship fees are calculated for you in Part 3 of the form (right).
You can experiment with Part 3 before signing up.
If you list more than one location or in more than one county, you will still control all of your events and listings from a single control panel.

You can, at any time, and as often as you like, add or change your: • Contact Information and Password • Entertainment & Hospitality Category and Listing(s) • Member & Sponsor Directory Category and Listing(s) • Event Listings, Addresses, Phone Numbers and Photos
Important Distinctions: • Only Hosting Members and Hosting Sponsors can post events. • Only Sponsors can list in more than one county. • Only Sponsors can list multiple locations.
Prohibitions:
You may not post •events for venues other than your own •political or religious rallies and meetings •sports events •sales promotions, happy hours, etc. as events
You Can Cancel Your Sponsorship at Any Time for Any Reason
All sponsorships are recurring. You must cancel by using our contact form or by emailing us. We will immediately confirm with you and stop billing.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to be billed annually and cancel prior to the final
month of your sponsorship, the elapsed portion of your sponsorship will be prorated at the non-discounted quarterly rate and
deducted from your refund. There is no penalty for canceling in the final month of an annually paid sponsorship.
If you encounter a billing problem, please contact us first and soon.

Membership for non-profit organizations is free. However, non-profit organizations have the option of joining as sponsors.
Sponsorship fees are based on the number of locations that you wish to list or the number of counties that you wish to be listed in,
whichever is greater.

and pay quarterly at the regular sponsorship fee or annually and receive a 20% discount.
You can change the information in Parts 1 and 2 or add additional addresses and phone numbers for multiple locations at any time from your control panel. But...
